Tucker Day Antique Clock Winner!

Congratulations Linda!
Linda stopped by our booth on Tucker Day May 12 and entered to win this beautiful Ansonia Time and Strike Tambour style mantel clock. The clock was rescued and restored right here in our shop.
The Ansonia Clock Company was one of the major 19th century American clock manufacturers. It produced millions of clocks in the period between 1850 and 1929, the year the company went into receivership and sold its remaining assets to Soviet Russia.
When this clock was produced in the early 2oth century, the company was at its height. More than 440 different clock models were available for purchase. In addition to a huge domestic sales volume, clocks were exported in Large quantities to Australia, New Zeeland, Japan, China, Indi, and eighteen other countries.
